1. Sobha Green Acres/ Sobha Aspirational Homes.. This project is in huge 81 acres with 6000+ units. Size of the apartment is starting 650 SQFT and it is in Varthur. Price is not yet announced and expected to be released by Feb 2015.
This project is supposed to be with sub 50 Lacs entry point.
Conclusion: Interested with Sobha brand name but 6000+ homes is more… As end user with Sobha name and entry size below 50 lacs is ok for use. Investment may not fetch great returns…

Conclusion on RMZ Marq: This is great opportunity as premium quality RMZ home in South East Bangalore filled with Verve and other features of RMZ. The price is expected to be increased to 1.35CR in 3 months….
4. Golden IRA- plotted development project near Dodballapur:
This project is very close to existing city with good approach to main road. Project from Golden Gate’s subsidiary Bhagya Laxmi properties. It appears there was a farm in this land earlier. This indicates sufficient water resources in the land.
Conclusion: Very close to town, highway access, good brand, good development, entry point around 25 lacs looks attractive. 600+ plots is a concern for investment. However, proximity vegetation and highway access along with branded development makes this project investable.
